Ather Energy IPO dates: April 28 to April 30
The public subscription period for Ather Energy IPO begins on Monday April 28 and ends Wednesday April 30. The bidding process for anchor investors will occur on April 25 before the public subscription period begins.
Price band and lot size
This IPO sets its price band within Rs 304 to Rs 321 per share while maintaining a face value of Re 1 for each share. The minimum number of shares retail investors can bid for in this IPO is 46 shares with subsequent bids in multiples of this number. Investors must put down at least Rs 14,000 to Rs 15,000 for this investment based on the final price determination.
Investor allocation breakdown
The IPO by Ather follows typical book-built issuance regulations by earmarking 75% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 15% for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), and 10% for retail investors.
Fresh issue and offer for sale
The Ather Energy IPO includes two distinct parts. The company plans to release new shares valued at Rs 2,626 crore to support expansion efforts and develop new products and charging networks.
